The programme runs for 4 weeks and each session is just 30 minutes long.
All sessions are delivered digitally through Microsoft Teams. A new programme starts each month.

Walking is great for your physical and mental health. Join our one of our professional or volunteer led walks to help improve mobility and increase activity levels whilst having a social chat with other people in your area and our friendly staff members or volunteers. All levels are welcome.

Join our team across Cornwall for one of our weight loss swim groups. Suitable for people looking to lose weight and get more active in a supportive and friendly environment. We hire the whole pool to offer privacy to our group, the swims are informal, and we provide weight loss support throughout.
To join you need to be 18 years +, BMI 28+ and have no contraindications to exercise.

Our free Sea swimming group in association with Salty Swims. A relaxed and welcoming group. Suitable for those who can swim but would like advice and support from trained coaches on how to embrace cold water swimming and all of its physical and mental health benefits.
