Being a healthy weight isn't just about eating well, we should make sure that we are more active too. The physical activity guidelines for adults and older adults shows you how much activity you should be aiming to do each week. If you do moderate activity such as walking and gentle swimming you should do 150 minutes a week. If you are doing vigorous activity such as jogging tennis or rowing then you need to try to do 75 minutes a week.
