Start an annual staff wellbeing survey. Record a baseline snapshot of employee wellbeing, then at least one other snapshot within a 12 -month period:

It allows you to see where your workforce stands in terms of job satisfaction, stress levels, work-life balance, and other well-being indicators.

Train at least one member of staff in Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid:
  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
  • Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to assist you in supporting young people ages 8-18 years.
