A conversation about the truth, myth busting and practical tools to help you feel confident in supporting your own wellbeing and that of your colleagues and/or family. Perimenopause and Menopause will effect all women and those in their life, either at home or in the workplace. This workshop welcomes everyone – it’s not solely for women!
