Understanding and Managing Stress:

This 2 hour bite size course, developed for inclusion within busy workplaces, explores the concept of stress and looks at tools that can be used to manage it successfully.

Mindfulness, Meditation & Sleep Education:

Within the second 2 hour session we'll explore how mindfulness, meditation and good sleep can positively support our mental health and wellbeing.
